Before you send an enquiry: it helps if you know whether you need a website, a Google profile or both — but it isn’t required. If you aren’t sure, just write what you do. The rest is our job.
Working with us from another country: we are a studio based in Serbia and the work is done remotely — briefing, drafts, approvals and handover all run by email, WhatsApp and a call when it helps. We are on Central European Time, so a working day overlaps with the whole of Europe. Prices are quoted and invoiced in euros. Our invoices carry no VAT, because the provider is not registered for VAT in Serbia; how that is treated on your side is a question for your accountant, not a claim we make.
